Beautiful home Francesa! And did you see that Marsh Oaks just refinished their tennis courts??? Two years ago they refurbished their clubhouse and added a playground. The Marsh Oaks Homeowners Association must really care about their community. (and I can't believe how low their dues are!) I heard that they just started a 50+ club, what a great way to meet friends and neighbors! With all their amenities and this beautiful home - this house won't be on the market long!
